So this is our new AIWFCIY Jimmy Fallon performance that we can send to haters and friends when they want to count Mariah out haha. Love it.

It's good to know I'm not the only one baffled by this post. Lol.

I do 99% of my browsing on my daily mobile and I was able to vote. She's in second place and leads all of the other performers by thousands, but still far, far behind Backstreet Boys' lead. Like over 6k votes behind.

Okaaaay. To say this is bewildering is an understatement. Excuse me but I'mma pass this off as an unintended result of some weird fever dream. Either that or happy April Fools' Day.

Re: Article: Mariah Carey delivers intimate "Always By My Baby" (93,458) (93,469) by Andrew from the United Kingdom
I am really glad Mariah ended the song that way. It was intimate, and short and sweet and didn't require histrionics. I am rather impressed. And thanks for the compliment, buddy. I did actually write you a response back in German (weil ich ziemlich gut Deutsch sprechen kann ) but it was too much on the side of fun to make it through the filtering 'round 'ere.

I must be having a very special day because I can't find anything anyone is talking about. Where is the link to vote? And where can you see the results? All I see is an article. I want to vote. I thought she did really well.

[Webmaster: I also can't vote. I thought that maybe it was a browser problem, but I tried with Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox and even Opera. Maybe only Americans can vote.]

It's natural when you're having contractions more than 2 months early to be worried though when you have gestational diabetes like Mariah did the only cure for that is delivery and Morrocan and Monroe were normal weights for twins when they were born on 30th April 2011 multiple births each child weighs less than a singleton baby does Roc and Roe for example for example weighed between 5-8 ounces more than Gracie McGraw did at birth 14 years earlier on 5th May 1997 also born 5 weeks early though in that case it wasn't for medical reasons unlike for her younger sister Audrey 4.58 years later on 6th December 2001 7.5 weeks early weighing less than 4 LBs at birth twins run in my family too my dad and his younger sister Barbara are twins who were born 30th November 1959 weighing 4.5 and 5.5 LBs each they have an older sister Elizabeth born 30th March 1956 and a younger brother Daniel born 27th March 1971 from their mothers 2nd marriage Barbara has 2 daughters Antonina born 20th January 1980 and Adele born 29th September 1984 etc.

Re: ABMB iHeart (93,460) (93,462) by Edouard from France
Mariah did a great job. I believe she didn't sing the bridge because it wouldn't have been appropriate to belt out in such an intimate setting. It would have been too much and that part of the song requires a stamina which is would be hard and awkward to achieve in this type of setting, honestly. I like how soft and comforting the rendition was.

ABMB iHeart (93,460) by Stacey from USA
So I just watch the video. She sounded great. Nice arrangement. Maybe she didn't do the bridge because of TV time constraints? Maybe? Who knows if she avoided it due to her current vocal condition. Who really cares. The whistles at the end were great. It was a nice upbeat performance which is what we need right now. Well done MC.

Mariah trending (93,459) by Eduardo from Mexico
Mariah is trending in YouTube as of March 30th 13:30. The best performance of the show. Billy is the most overrated "singer" ever, it seems record company has spent millions promoting that "singer" but in the show you can notice the huge difference between Mariah with the rest of the other singers, and the way Elton announced her performance was the most exciting.

Andrew, looking good on your new profile picture.

That performance was beautiful and smart of them to cut the bridge to make room for the whistles to take center stage.

Might it be because of the time slot they were given? All performances were rather short.

Re: Article: Mariah Carey delivers intimate "Always By My Baby" (93,451) (93,456) by Bill from the UK
Agree, great performance. This fuels my need for her to do an album of her songs re-worked and re-arranged acoustically or intimately to honour her 30th year. Scale then back and strip them of their sheen, because underneath all the fluff and samples are some amazingly melodious tunes. Kate Bush and Tori Amos did similar with their Director's Cut and Gold Dust albums respectively.

She did a good job. So much better than the He's Got The Whole World in His Hand video.

I'm a little upset I slept through the whole concert, but thank God for YouTube.

"Listening to music from when we were those ages reminds us of those perfect, fragile, precious moments in time we can never go back to."

So true, great post Andrew. That's why I choose Daydream too. It was a time you described so well. Daydream was the perfect soundtrack to my life back then, and it will always have a special place in my heart.

Although I know those times won't come back, I do miss them. So I'll listen to Mariah's Daydream to escape at least for a while.

ABMB (93,453) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City)
This song is an undeniable classic. Mariah was the reason to watch last night, and she freaking delivered on all fronts, cylinders. Bravo Mariah you were absolutely amazing.

I was a bit disappointed with the performance because I was eager to hear the bridge of ABMB in such an intimate setting, but she just skipped it, proving she can't sing that part anymore. She sounded great thoug, before the bridge.

It's further proof that Mariah performs better in more intimate settings where there aren't huge professional camera / production crews. I mean that has to be it. Other than that, there isn't a reason why she couldn't bring something like this to the stage in front of an audience. She sounded lovely and more importantly, sincere.

Re: iHeart Living Room concert (93,447) (93,449) by Tijl from Belgium
I am sorry but I find Billie very overrated and her voice doesn't do anything to me. These performances show that once all the smoke and mirrors drop many of them really are studio artists. Alicia was okay but I only heard musicality in Mariah's performance.
