Can I also give my 2 cents? (62,647) by Lara from Middle East Until Mariah Carey enlightens us with what's happening (or her docu-series hopefully does) we can only speculate. Here's my thought: like most artists, Mariah is [censored], passing through [censored] episodes where she gets [censored], forget sleeps, overwork herself (TRL appearance anyone?) and [censored] episodes (go listen again to Side Effects). She might have [censored] which could explain her [censored] and maybe Mishka is always stuck to her to make sure she's [censored] well and in case she gets [censored]. Why Mishka? Because Mariah hates to be controlled after all the damage from Tommy, so a little 12 years old girl isn't a threat to her and more trusteable than adults. Seems the [censored] is killing her inspiration so this is why we're not getting any new music. Again I repeat I'm only speculating, so don't take it too seriously. (Wednesday 25 May 2016; 7:04)

Mariah still loves Nick (62,646) by Mariah from Us Guys I'm new here and I've recently become obsessed with this messageboard. So since I'm here I might as well voice my opinion on something else I have in mind. I think that Nick loves Mariah so much that he is in on this "divorce" thing or whatever you choose to call it, like when Nick talks about Mariah, he never has anything bad to say about her and it seems like they aren't even separated. And I'm noticing MC doing the same as well. It just hit me last night that Mariah wants so badly to talk about how much Rocky is like his dad with being a comedian and I think Nick would sacrifice being together with Mariah to get her back into the whole media buzz again. He loves her that much and I can see it, like Mariah fell off the rader and was actually resembling a normal person before all this "divorce" drama. She was jogging in NYC without an entourage and she was seen walking with her nephew when TMZ was trying to get her to talk about her separation, she didn't have a crew she was acting normal an I liked that Nick brought out the real side of Mariah when they were together. I give Stella credit for finding ways to make Mariah money and I won't knock her hustler, but I honestly don't care about any of that. The only way Stella will truly prove herself to me is when she is able to put the same type of effort into Mariah and new music. Not another greatest hits, not another number ones tour, and not another Christmas extravaganza (I do understand why she needs to capitalize on the Christmas season though). As a logical adult I understand her need to be able to provide for herself and her children and just doing music is no longer the cash cow it used to be. Because she does not even connect with fans anymore. Neither does she want to. Has Mariah languished? I don't have social media accounts but maybe a clever lamb can come up with something to derail stellar plans. Perhaps a fan made video, they always show those to Mariah. Everything but the music (62,643) by Mara from United States I just had to get something off my mind. I noticed lately since MC's new management she has been into everything but new music. She has Vegas, which she was working on before so I won't really count that, but she is doing the SSFT with it possibly continuing in October in Brazil. She has this show on E, greatest hits CD, Hallmark deal, Christmas shows, even her own vodka. Some people have posted on here stating that if we are concerned about some things we cannot be true fans/lambs. I cannot sit here and try and prove what a true fan I am or not. I have been there since day one and I was in 8th grade. I have seen Mariah evolve from the young 19 year old girl to her grand wedding to TM to her face at the Grammy awards the year she was completely robbed and she was wearing her lime dress and white dress and every time her name was announced TM was seen smacking his gum while she sat there as Alanis M won it all and all I could think was how cold he was and how she deserved someone who would be good to her. To her getting the courage to leave him and go through freedom and then Glitter and overcoming that and then to see her finally becoming a mother which I admit I never thought I'd see, to now all of this. So I am sorry if I look to any of you as a non lamb but I am anything but. I am sorry if I feel protective of her and I don't like what I see. Is MC looking like she is having a ball and loving life? Maybe. Who really knows? Is she making money since this new management? Yes. But most everything she is into now, is what Stella is known for too. Stella if you want to get the trust of Mariah's *insert whatever adjective you want* fans then please use your influence to get her to record some new music. This is what she lives for or at least always said she did. It's where she creates her masterpieces. Don't sit there on Instagram with your daughter and whoever else and throw up the birds telling haters to F off. Where is the maturity in that? This is a living legend you represent and please don't attack me that Mariah can't have fun. Of course she could, and I don't want anyone saying you want the Mariah that was under TM. That is farthest from the truth. Butterfly was one of my fav eras seeing her so free. But if Mariah does not care to make new music ok, we don't really know that. But how about the next time you try to talk to her about her next project, you remind her about the music. Sorry if I'm sounding demanding, I don't mean to and would never tell Mariah what to do. Other than that I'm quite worried and suspicious. Stella is a questionable manager and someone as smart as Mariah should have known that. Instead of all of these nonsense Mariah should head back in the studio. It does seem like in this era, Mariah's judgment is clouded. Why would she release Infinity along with its horrible remix? The sublime Imperfect didn't even get to be included in MOAIA back then when it has potential to be a big hit and actually is a really good song. Idk about the the James thing or the Nick thing but Stella has definitely made Mariah to focus on the wrong things. She could be working on her next album instead of filming that show. No matter what, Mariah first and foremost is a musician. If Stella hasn't realized that yet, she should be cut from Mariah's team, along with her Russian Kardashian family. Mariah should really go independent. Why bother with labels when you have the resources and the smarts to manage your own career? (Tuesday 24 May 2016; 18:34)

Free Mariah (62,639) by Haiji Toro from USA Ok I might get backlash about this but whatever. I read these posts on this messageboard on a daily base and I actually agree with everyone to an extent. You all make sense but I think coming off a bit wrong. I do agree Mariah is well overdue on winning these awards and recognition but it does seem like these awards coincide with the artist's relevance (music or sympathy lol) or maybe a send off from the industry. Maybe they figure Mariah's not either of those things. Think about it, JLo is always in the news with positive reviews, doing Vegas, give her an award (ratings), Celine is doing Vegas, the audience sympathizes with her, she's adored, give her an award (ratings), Britney is doing Vegas, maybe doing new music, maybe no hope for her musically, who knows, she's finally likeable, first performance at an awards show in a while, give her an award (ratings). Now Mariah, as deserving as always, not making new music, not really likeable, continuously being sabotaged by the industry since Tommy's Sony (powerful company, powerful man), maybe it's a conspiracy, who knows? Research the music industry from the beginning of history. Three major top labels controlling music and the artists (Sony, Warner Bros. and Universal). Then research the fight between Prince and Warner Bros. There's so much more to these stories than what we're made to believe. These companies own TMZ, they already know their targets. Check to see if TMZ ever said anything nice about Prince. Btw, kinda off topic, ever looked at Prince's 1999 album upside down? (Tuesday 24 May 2016; 18:06)

Jets, fancy restaurants, houses, yachts etc. She's [censored] and is fooling Mariah with this fun, loving life, no negativity crap. She's planning her way to the top of the reality show business. Being nice with the E. producers so she can produce a bunch of future shows. She makes me sick. Mariah or shall I say James has a deal with TMZ. His best friend owns the company behind TMZ. This marriage is not going to happen because it was fake from the beginning. James wants to promote his casino and having a lovely superstar joining him at business meetings. Asia, Israel, St Barts will seal the deal. He's struggling in a few country to get his casino approved by the higher powers. Why is Mariah doing this? Money and good PR after the whole Nick mess? Stella is doing everything to get her name out there. TMZ articles always talk about her. Why? She's the one talking to them and wants to be famous like the Jenners/Kardashians. She's beautiful and she can dance but she can't sing. She's not an icon of the music industry. She was once a promising inquene but after Maid In Manhattan she made poor choices that derailed her film career. TMZ said he got her off his back. I do believe there is a lot of illusion, smoke and mirrors going on with this era, question is who is behind the green curtain. It could be as simple as start a viral moment, or something more sinister. I say let's start a free Mariah hashtag, so she tweets or speaks for herself. Some of this post is real. Whatever, Jean Jacques Goldman has just changed his mind for a song and not for a whole album as he did. I am just reporting his own words a few years ago from an interview that he did on French radio. My mum is a Jean Jacques Goldman fan, that's why, I am French lol. Anyway, she is not a writer or a musician, that's the point I respect her as a good singer that won a contest as a voice with longetivity (Eurovision) that's it, but she is not a full artist. I know we are all iffy about Stella but Mariah has done a beverage promotion before, Mariah also said "never" to reality tv but did American Idol. Are we just being harsh or is Stella evil?
