The singles this era (88,317) by T from USA When they released GTFO with the video on Thursday September 14th, they should've released the first single the very next day "A No No" Friday September 15th. Had a Kim & Cardi remix ready to go and debut it at the American Music Awards on October 8th. "The Distance" as a single on Friday November 16th to coincide with the album release and the Tonight Show performance. A video to follow by the end of November. "With You" in late January to build for Valentine's Day and the tour. That's it. Three official singles, one remix and one buzz song. That's all they needed to do. They had the promotion lined up they just didn't execute. (Tuesday 5 March 2019; 23:56)

No A No No (88,316) by T from USA So apparently A No No has been pulled. No word yet if they will eventually send it for adds or not. But as of now the whole thing is cancelled. I just hope it's not because of the fact that the first single didn't make the Hot 100 chart. It seems Mariah is super aware of her successes and failures, and I hope she's not jumping ship just because the songs haven't been connecting as of yet. Or else maybe all those female rappers backed out and it really messed things up. We probably will never know. Here's hoping a Shrillex remix of the Distance featuring Justin Beiber could be made. One Sweet Day - about AIDS epidemic (88,313) by MC1989 from Spain Does anyone know if Mariah did ever spoke about this song being about the AIDS epidemic? I do know that she dedicated the song to her friend and collaborator David Cole, who, as many people between the early 80's and the mid 90's, died of AIDS, among other causes because of governments' negligence and lack of responses (by the way, if you didn't, you must watch "The Normal Heart", which tells the story of the gay activist Larry Kramer). All I could find in Wikipedia is this: "(...) After they began working on the song, Carey began to incorporate other lyrics into the chorus, trying to make the song relatable to the AIDS epidemic that was in full force in the mid-1990s." "Carey has stated that she wrote the song hoping that all her fans that have lost someone could relate to One Sweet Day and maybe help ease the pain of the loss. Carey described the song as "[the] whole idea of when you lose people that are close to you, it changes your life and changes our perspective". CB tour will always be number one because that was my very first time ever seeing her live. She was still in a good place vocally imo at that time. Caution is only number 2 over TEOM because I feel she actually sang more than she lipped on this tour than she did on TEOM. (Monday 4 March 2019; 20:06)

I really like how MC got creative with the set list giving us all a little bit of something instead of the same set list she does all of the time. Addition to setlist (88,299) by IheartMC from USA Hey guys, just want to say how glad I am that M changed up the setlist and did some interesting things such as a the disco remix of Emotions. So so dope. I would love for to add an acoustic medley and do songs like "I don't want to cry", "My all", "After tonight", "I only wanted", "Beautiful", "Clown" and even do "Hero" in a singer songwriter way in acoustic form. I've only seen Mariah twice, at the Daydream and Rainbow tours in London. I sort of don't mind that I'm too poor to ever see her as the fact I was at the Daydream tour during her absolute prime is one of my most treasured memories from my whole life.
