Mariah puts on another underwhelming performance

She was taped putting on what could be best described as an underwhelming performance during the last weeks of her Las Vegas residency. And it seems that her apparent performing fatigue has followed Mariah Carey on the road, as a new clip has surfaced of the singer seemingly too bored to sing the lyrics of her own song.
In an incredible video shared on Twitter, the 47-year-old Without You singer is seen on stage looking as though she can barely be bothered to sing. Shared a on Tuesday by Tamara Janelle, the clip shows the chart-topping singer stood on stage in a fitted sparkling gown, hair pinned-back - though it appears to be a shot of a large screen in an arena.
As the music to her 2002 hit with Busta Rhymes, I Know What You Want, plays in the background some member of the crowd can be heard issuing an underwhelming scream of excitement. At the start of the short clip the camera focuses on her face, and the singer appears to be far from excited as the music rolls on - looking thoroughly stony-faced.
Choosing to whistle along to a part of the tune, Mariah then throws her arms up in what looks to be a half-hearted attempt to get the crowd going. The clip ends as Busta Rhymes' part of the track begins to play, with Mariah voguing along to it.
Pointing out what appears to the star's distaste at performing her hits, the user posts the clip beside a caption which read: "I am now a concerned citizen. It's not funny anymore!"
Mariah is currently on tour with Lionel Richie on their North American All The Hits tour, though it's unclear when the footage of the star was taken. Mirror Online has contacted representatives of the signer for comment.
It's not the first time Mariah has looked less-than happy performing, as only a week ago a video emerged of her doing the bare minimum to scrape through a performance in Las Vegas.

Not true. Also I was in the last two Vegas performances and they were amazing. Everyone was having a great time and she sounded amazing. Her job is to sing, not dance. She takes singing very seriously and I think when you see her live that's apparent.

Wonder why Stella doesn't clap back at these false stories instead of defending how Mairah didn't bang Tanaka in a restroom or on Mariah having a feud with Joe Jonas. I say the same thing all the time. She's just letting her client get dragged over a performance that happened a month ago. People on Twitter actually think this is from the Lionel tour.
