Bill (55,416) by Licia from USA Never Forget You is my absolute favorite from Music Box. Out of the three songs I still listen to off this album this is my number 1. It's a just a beautiful song. I also never understood why they didn't work together a lot more or why they never did a duet. I need a proper duet. Not just him singing background for her or her singing background for him. Lol I love Toni Braxton, Babyface, Celine Dion, Whitney Houston, Janet Jackson, Michael Jackson, Prince, Patti Labell, Aretha Franklin, Kelly Clarkson, Avant, Aaliyah, Adel, Lady Gaga, Tamia, R. Instead of (55,349) by Licia from USA Sony re-releasing the Merry Christmas album I'd rather them do a dvd of the Beacon Theater shows (or Vegas) or even just a live album of those shows. Doesn't that make more sense? Right about now I'd even take a compilation of unreleased songs. I'm in need of something new. Alexis (55,327) by Licia from USA I don't know if it's a race thing, but I do know that most of the fans hated Nick on sight for no reason from the moment they got married. We have no idea why their marriage ended, but because you all hated him he just had to be the reason the marriage ended. You all want to constantly blame him for a problem that maybe both of them caused. Mariah is not a saint and she's not always the victim everybody wants her to be. Everybody keeps saying he cheated, but where's your proof ? He worked too much. I agree sometimes he should have turned down gigs, but as a man he should be working. As for the kids, they both work a lot. The only advantage is she has the nanny. The one thing that I will 100% back you all on is he talked entirely too damn much. It's hilarious that some of you are even mad that he was the one who filed for divorce, but had Mariah did it there would be no problem. I refuse to hate this man just because I'm a fan of her music. Until either him or Mariah tells the world what really happened, I definitely will not hate him based on rumors and speculation. (Sunday 19 July 2015; 3:22)

Nick and the twins (55,302) by Licia from USA I know that story is halfway false because why would Mariah be handing him divorce papers? They are already divorced or almost done. Anyway if the part about her taking the kids is true (notice I said if) then he has every right to not want his children to go and he should fight for them and try to reassess whatever agreement they made as far as custody (I'm not even touching the drunk claims). Even though I praised her for at least sending him a father's day tweet, I'm a little salty that she took the twins away for his day. I found it funny that no one else found that to be shady, but had Nick taken the twins on vacation on her day then everybody would want to burn him at the stake. (Thursday 16 July 2015; 16:07)

Enwar / another song that should have been trashed (55,257) by Licia from USA Noooooo. The One is better. Especially the remix despite how different her voice was. I like Boy, but no. Lol. I was so mad when they replaced The One as a single for Boy. CB is my favorite album and of all the songs that could have been singles Boy isn't one of them. Lol. I will admit to the remix of Boy being slightly better than the original version as Paul said. Did I Do That is another song that never should have been made. That song is horrible. I love the original song to the sample she used. Whatever they tried to do for Did I Do That didn't work. I'd rather listen to Infinity than that song. (We all know I hate that one lol.) Todd (55,246) by Licia from USA Throughout the years I have found that many fans don't like The Beautiful Ones. I'm very particular when it comes to remakes. If you try to take on another artist's song that was great already you better not mess it up. Lol. She did this song justice though. I didn't think it would work out as a group song, but they did great and made it their own. The Butterfly album is not high on my list, but that is my favorite song from that album. Kate / Ty (55,204) by Licia from USA Hero is the song I hate as well. I cringe every time she performs that one. If she never performs that song again I'd be ok with it. Lol. Even though I'm not a fan of Hero I definitely understand why most people love it. Another one that I can live without is I Don't Wanna Cry. The video plus the song equals blah. Lol. Ty if she ever decides to perform Faded I would die of utter happiness. That is my favorite song from MIAM. Another one for me is The Roof. I've listened to that song once since it came out in 1997. I never understood why so many fans loved it. I wasn't so impressed by it. (Sunday 12 July 2015; 14:20)

What makes the situation even more stupid is that she didn't have enough sense to realize that the people in the donut place were setting her up. Any regular person that would have licked or spit on the food would have been arrested. They let her act a fool because they were going to make money off her stupidity. She deserves all the backlash she's getting. She was wrong about saying she hates America, but I'm more concerned with her being nasty and licking food that was supposed to be sold. Her age should not even be a factor in this. She's old enough to know better. (Friday 10 July 2015; 2:08)

Amber (55,108) by Licia from USA When those pics of Mariah and Packer kissing popped up I said they looked staged. I can't say whether this is a publicity stunt or not. I'm hoping not because Mariah has never been one to use her relationships for publicity. She's never needed to. As for Nick cheating, there has only been one relationship before Mariah that I know of where he was accused of cheating. I never speculated on why he and Mariah broke up, but there were rumors that both sides were accusing the other of cheating. The only thing that I'm really not liking is that Mariah's camp is trying to make it seem as though this Packer guy just popped up and is courting her. Those pics show more than courting. AI (55,084) by Licia from USA The only thing I didn't understand about the AI situation is why it mattered to Mariah that another female was on the panel. Even when there was a rumor that there was going to be a fourth judge Mariah tried to recruit a male (Lenny Kravitz). I just never got it. Mariah and her happiness / JD (55,049) by Licia from USA In the beginning of their relationship Mariah was very happy with Nick. Stop saying that she was never that happy before Packer because you know that's not true. I would say the first few years they were both over the moon in love with each other. Most of you are only gauging her happiness by his richness and not the type of man he may be. I feel like JD got attacked unfairly by the lambs. They just wanted somebody to blame. They blamed JD. They blamed the record company. They never saw that Mariah might have played a huge part in all this mess. In my opinion everybody slacked up in the MIAM era. From Mariah to the record company. Mariah herself said she gave push back to the guy over how the Vegas show should be. So if she tried to battle this guy, I'm sure she tried it with JD as well. I feel Mariah is so afraid of going back to the artist who has no say so in her career that she refuses to loosen the reigns and allow people to do their job. (Friday 3 July 2015; 2:43)

Nick and his excessive work habits / Giselle (55,025) by Licia from USA People always like to bring up how Nick was always working and I fail to see why that's a problem. Fans bashed him because they thought he was after her money. Now they bash him because he didn't want to be a house husband. My grandmother always said that if a man doesn't work, he doesn't eat. A man is supposed to work. Doesn't matter if his wife is rich. He's supposed to be able to hold his own. I agree he didn't have to take every gig that was thrown his way, but I believe he worked so much because he was trying to prove that he could be a provider for his family (as he should) and not continue to be called Mr. Carey. Also don't get it twisted about this Packer guy. Yes he may be spoiling her and giving all his attention at the moment, but he's still going to have to get up off that yacht to work to keep those billions. Ms. Giselle I am a little ticked he didn't get up and rush to help keep her from falling. Billionaire or not, if you see me falling you better run to help me. (Thursday 2 July 2015; 10:10)

Mimi L / Las Vegas (55,017) by Licia from USA Mimi that's what I have been worried about. With her vacation and the 4th of July holiday, how is she going to rehearse? Yes she deserves a vacation, but let's be real 2015 voice can't bounce back like 1990 voice could. Yes she was able to rehearse a week before the start of the first shows and she sounded great, but with her voice being so inconsistent at times she may not get the same results with these July shows. Everybody is oohing and ahhing over this good press she's been getting about her love life, but what good is this going to do if she doesn't sound her best for her shows? I'm sorry I'd rather her get the good press on her shows than on her love life. If these shows were free I wouldn't care what she does, but people are paying to see her at her best. I don't understand why people only repeat half of what she said. A lot of black people hate her because of that one incomplete statement. I do agree with all that you said though. Lee (54,968) by Licia from USA The BET Awards was not established until 2001. During that time Mariah didn't really have anything going besides negative stuff (breakdown, Glitter flop, getting paid to leave a record company). She didn't even get nominated until 2005 when TEOM came out when she was back on top. She was nominated four times (I think) and won one award and they honored her in 2012. If you are saying that Janet didn't have anything going on since the Superbowl incident, I could say Mariah hasn't had much musically going on since her last number one in 2008, but she still got honored in 2012. I honestly think they only gave Janet that award because she has been missed. Kind of like a "welcome back to the music industry we didn't forget you" thing. Has nothing to do with darker skin. She as well as Mairah should have been honored a long time ago because both have done so much. Anyway these awards really don't hold as much value as they used to. Don't they start back in a week? All this good press will go to waste if she sounds bad. The media is loving her right now, but they are just waiting for the opportunity to tear her apart.
