She was confident, not looking for words, she looked so comfortable in her own skin. Thank God those damn "dahlings" are being put to rest once and for all. Every time she said them in the past before, it was like seeing Andrew and B having a catfight with wig-snatching, finger-pointing, face-spiting and all. Good for you Mariah. With the concert being so well put together, entertaining and somewhat short, one leaves the venue wanting more, that's what I meant. Christmas on December 4 (78,996) by Edward from USA I got Tickets for the Christmas Show at Beacon Theater for December 4. Seeing Mariah getting back in shape, sounding better, and without Stella and family as a chaperone, I can say I'm excited to go see her once again at Beacon Theater. The Christmas Show is way different from her regular concerts, it's definitely festive, the production is great, the visuals, lighting, everything. And since it's a relatively short concert, plus everything that goes on stage, time really flies leaving you with a sense of wanting more. The fact that the venue is somewhat intimate, makes it even better. (Tuesday 24 October 2017; 13:15)

Where is Cruelaa Deville? (78,944) by Edward from USA I think Contourella, ella, ella, has been carefully and gradually let go. She signed a confidentiality agreement, so she won't be trashing Mariah or anything like that. Mariah's also the only client she has had, so she's most likely fading herself away in a way that people wouldn't talk much about it. It's weird neither she nor her family are anywhere to be seen when they had been so involved in Mariah's life so profusely for quite some time now. That's one theory. Another theory could be that she got tired of being blamed for everything by the media and her fans, at some point she was going to get burned like he rest of them who became her friend-manager. As much as an Alpha-female as she is, shit gets to people. While Mariah's looking pretty, she's taking all the blame and heat for anything that goes wrong, and I as much as I can't stand her, we all know she's just a part of the equation. Mariah's world belongs to Mariah and at the end of the day she calls the shots. (Saturday 21 October 2017; 19:11)

The Star (78,940) by Edward from USA The Star is definitely not going to blow up the charts but it goes well with the theme of the Movie. I like the fact that she's in a good place vocally since her voice doesn't sound over processed with filters. She sounds flat throughout the song as if she was trying to be too safe though. I don't see The Star fitting well in any of her two Christmas albums or her Christmas concerts. My only concern is that The Star is just not an album cut, it's supposed to be a single, and a single is supposed to be good enough to be played on the radio and promoted. It is clearly not single material. I'm not disappointed though because I have lowered my expectations so much, I was kind of expecting this. I wouldn't compare "One Child" or "Jesus Born On This Day" to this song at all. I don't think there's any soul in it. Now you can crucify me. I'm holding the nails, you just have to get the cross. Her brother, who betrayed her by airing her business on a tabloid, seemed to have been accurate by stating Mariah was bipolar. I don't think that's something we should make fun of. This is worse than her bizarre appearance at MTV TRL. She's definitely looking better, but if this is going to be the result of her not taking her meds and getting to moments like this, I rather she stays thick but at least stable. It breaks my heart seeing her like this. It makes me mad that the person who filmed the video didn't have the guts to tell her that she looked Looney Toons in this video hence it shouldn't have been uploaded for everybody to see. It reminds me of when Cyndi Burger snatched that microphone off her hands when she was ranting before her breakdown. It seems to be people around her don't give two f*ks about her well-being, it's ridiculous. Mariah looks beautiful in the video, she should stop that effing nonsense about her good side. She was acting like a babysitter or something, and on top of that her "alpha-female" attitude with her horrible contouring didn't help her cause. It's enough seeing Mariah with her paid boyfriend in pictures, but with Stella and her family too, it was ridiculous. What doesn't help Stella is that man attitude she has, like, being a strong woman doesn't turn you into a man. Ever since Mariah started hanging out with her a lot, she was also showing this type of behavior, as if she didn't have a brand to worry about. I can't wait to hear what you guys have to say about "Star" when it's released. I love listening to new materials after one day or two have past and most of you have said your piece. And yes, this is a fan site, but all we've been getting from her "art" lately is nothing. She should just disappear from the public eye for a year and come back at least looking decent. And let's not start blaming Stella now, yes, I can't stand the woman, but Mariah claims herself to be an Alpha-female. She's not even playing the Alpha-cougar role right. I think this underrated song should be discussed more often here, it doesn't get enough credit or mentioned much. The venue in Las Vegas would definitely bring her more money. She's clearly after money now, I don't understand the desperation though. I know making an album wouldn't really bring her any money because she's not popular like that anymore, but I always thought of Mariah as an artist with integrity, not a sell out. Before we would have time to miss her, now she's everywhere and in everything as if she didn't have a dime. If she at least carried Hershel differently, but I'm always hoping not to see her singing "Shake If Off" while working out on high heels on the treadmill. Some very well thought out comments state that since Mariah is nearly 50 she should get "I don't want to move my ass two steps because I'm drunk" pass. According to that logic Madonna should be drag on wheelchair on stage then since she's nearly 60. Mariah is a millionaire, if she has decided to be stiff and not give two f's about performing, I think it is time for her to invest in her very own decorated hovearound. Yes, she needs an electric chair she could move around on stage saying two and a half darhlings here and there, since she's too old, two complete utterances of the word dahling might be taxing on her joints and vocal chords. I think Mariah should produce and write for other people, her career has turned into a joke. I remember when being her fan was something to be proud of. At some point she should give people time to miss her and whatever music she comes out with. I think her Christmas show and her Vegas residency should be enough for next year while she works on new music.
