What's so special about her? (68,758) by Marissa from USA I'd like to flip the original question on its head. For people who really like Stella, what are the specific reasons why you like her so much? I truly do not understand what the hype for her is about. I feel like MIAM was such a terrible era that fans became easily impressed and started treating every little improvement that happened under Stella's leadership like it was a miracle, when it was really just the basics of what an artist should do (like touring). Other than Mariah touring more often, getting more Instagram followers and having more publicity (which has been trashy, thus many people see her as ridiculous and insufferable now), I really do not see any vast improvements since Stella came on the scene. Call me if she gets Mariah a #1 or an album at the top of the charts. To me, anything else is ultimately fluff if it's not about the music. (Monday 28 November 2016; 22:01)

Re: Can somebody explain to me (68,750) (68,757) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter One clue about her master plan lies in the fact that she had allegedly filmed a pilot episode of a reality show based on herself a while back but that was abandoned (maybe it wasn't picked up by any networks) and then she later latched on to Mariah and lo and behold she is now the second (or main) star of MW. Which was initially titled Mariah's Squad and only got renamed when fans started protesting that they don't care about Mariah's staff (aka Stella). Another clue of her trying to kick off her own reality show is that the very first episode of MW has Stella's storyline in the synopsis and it wouldn't be there if her storyline wasn't a highlight. Here's a snippet: "Her cut-throat new manager Stella Bulochnikov hires a new assistant, Molly, to help her out. There are a few ground rules for working for her. 'You’re not allowed to date for the first year of working for myself,' says Bulochnikov, which is bad news for Molly's boyfriend. The second rule is 'you're not allowed to cry in my office'." I actually think she sounded relatively alike, her voice in Honey did get more agile, a bit prettier, and more inaudible. Mariah's voice never really declined in her albums. Only on the live performances it did. Her voice has always changed, every album, there's always a subtle change. It's actually really bizarre. I mean if you want an example, compare the 1991 Grammy's VOL, to 1995 Madison Square Garden's VOL. Her voice progressively got more beautiful, it's almost as if there were 2 different singers. It's not even that she developed new vocals. It's just her voice really changes. And it always does, to this day. Give a real lamb an unreleased Mariah song and he would know exactly what album, era and year it's from, just basing it from her voice lol. You can't do this with Beyonce. A lot of singers literally sound the same from first to last album. For me, it's actually a gift to have such a voice that always changes. (A bit weird.) But always something new to look forward to. Can somebody explain this to me (68,752) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City) Stella comes off very abrasive and aggressive in most cases for no reason. She has not done MC or her image any favors. Honestly at this point where MC career stands she does not need any friends or fans as managers. She needs a team around her that is not up her ass but a team that can tell her the uncensored truth about herself and team that is willing to work to get her fans real results and not looking for social media respect. Mariah is of legendary status but her antics as of late do not reflect that. Honestly MC needs a manager that is going to challenge her for the better, and Stella does not fit that criteria thus far. Car ride medley Hawaii November 23 (68,751) by Licia from USA I absolutely love this. Everything was on point. I Know What You Want, Breakdown, Obsessed, It's Like That, Shake It Off, Loverboy (yassss lol), Heartbreaker remix, and regular Heartbreaker. Best ten minute video ever. She really did a good job and they mixed and mashed the songs correctly. I really didn't get the walking her up and down the stairs between some of the songs, but whatever I can look over that. Secondly if being a lamb was the qualification required to be a manager, we'd all be much better options. Lastly, if by "all in" you mean using profanity to respond to rumors or even bother responding to tabloids (which other A-listers wouldn't even bother with), lashing out at fans on social media, reminding fans that her shoes are worth more than their salaries and putting up one "eff you haters/b**ch" posts after another like a teenager, then I can see why you think Stella is doing a stellar job. Also let's not forget that Stella has only lashed out or bothered to respond when her name was dragged through mud or her daughter was called out for messing Mariah's instagram. But kept mum when Mariah's name was dragged through mud and then went ahead and then added more fuel to the fire by leaking ridiculous stories and even more ridiculous photos/videos. So now can you explain to me why you are such a "Stel-lamb"? Or is it "Bulochnovician"? Because as far as I can see, we have only seen one unprofessional step after another. Page Six relays the aggressive response given to them by Mariah's manager Stella Bulochnikow in regards to the insider's disclosure, and her words clearly solidify the fact that she is quite aggressive and steadfast in her decisions.
