Jaker20 (40,141) by Licia from USA It's easy for you to say she needs to stay away from singing older songs, but you and I both know she can't do that. She not only has to find ways to bring in new fans, but she still has to somehow appease the older fans as well. I enjoy when she breaks out the old stuff. When she doesn't try to sing like 20 year old Mariah and adjusts the songs to where 43 year old Mariah with her current vocal state can sing, she does a great job. Anyway that last performance was bad. I have no idea what went wrong. I'm not going to pretend to know or assume anything. Nobody knows whether she drank before the performance. All these theories are pointless unless you were. It was just bad and she knows it was bad. End of story. (Monday 9 December 2013; 14:52)

She did excellent on the Rocker feller performances with both songs, but the tree lighting ceremony where she did one song, she did not do well. (Saturday 7 December 2013; 15:45)

The tree lighting performance (40,081) by Licia from USA It honestly was not the best. The worst part was the end. I'm not going go be too hard her because I feel bad for her because she tried to sing live and she looked really upset because she couldn't hit those notes. She also made a comment about it. I appreciate that she didn't lipsync, but it's times like these where I wouldn't mind the half lipping and half singing. I'm sure she redid it though. (Saturday 7 December 2013; 5:19)

I welcome being able to have adult discussions without all the drama. That was a cool moment. She sounded good and she was so funny. Stacey (39,822) by Licia from USA I don't think this is breakdown number 2 (at least I hope it not). I just think she had a moment. She thought everything was going according to plan and once again there was an obstacle. Even though it was a small thing, I can certainly understand her being upset. From nobody liking Triumphant to the bad Beautiful performances and the injury this era hasn't exactly been going great. Yeah I might have flipped a little too. She seems ok now though. She looked absolutely gorgeous and seemed happy in the pics from last night at the Out 100. (Friday 15 November 2013; 12:53)

The real Art of Letting Go version 2 (39,798) by Licia from USA Oh my, I'm just now reading Mariah's Facebook post and she is pissed. I would hate to be the person who posted the wrong version of the song. I can hear a slight difference in the two versions of the song, but the second version does seem more finished. Art of Letting Go discussion (39,750) by Licia from USA I hope there won't be a lot of arguments over who's a fan and who's not because they don't like the song. It's ok for people to not like it. If you like it support it, enjoy it, and move on. No matter what she would have released, there was bound to be somebody who wouldn't like it. It's not that serious. Ryan / album over (39,633) by Licia from USA Memoirs was not hip hop. She did try to move Memoirs in that direction with the remixes, but the original was far from hip hop. Cover art (39,617) by Licia from USA Mariah has been doing the photoshop thing forever. It's not new. I don't always like it, but I don't choose her music because of how her covers looks. If the music is good the cover art shouldn't matter. Nikki, she has been doing the right side thing since the beginning of her career. Go look at her 1990s single and album covers.
