I don't get going into the studio to resing the vocals just to lip. I'm not going to harp on this because I know she can do better and it makes no sense for me to go on and on complaining when I'll be the first person in front of the TV next performance. Song writing (41,620) by Licia from USA I'm late on this, but I'm seeing a few people saying that Mariah should start letting other people write for her. Why? She's been writing songs since the beginning of her career. Why should she stop now? No one had issues with her writing her own songs when she was going number one every year. Now that every song by her doesn't reach number one she should stop? There's no guarantee that having another person write for her will make her chart status any better. I don't want this to be her last album because I still think she has a lot more left in her, but she has to do what's best for her. People (even fans) have been saying for years she needs to stop anyway. I have seen people here say it. If this is true all we can do is except it. I'm just going to enjoy her until she stops. 90's Mariah vs 2000's Mariah (41,515) by Licia from USA I thought I was the only person who really didn't care for Mariah's personality in the beginning of her career. I've loved her music from day one, but I didn't like robot Mariah. I could not relate to her back then. I love late 90's to now Mariah because she's showing personality and is some what free to be herself. Basically I like fun drunk Mariah. I'll agree that she should dial it down in certain situations, but I can tolerate it. The only thing about her now that I can't stand is the insecurity issues. I can understand her being insecure about the state of her voice, but not her looks. Although I can relate to being insecure about looks, I don't understand why she's so bad about it because there's nothing wrong with her. This whole only looking good from a certain side started with TM and his people and I hate that she still believes that bs. 90's Mariah rocked in confidence. 2000 Mariah sucks in that department. Promotion (41,434) by Licia from USA At least no one can say that she's not promoting her song. She's got an interview with DJ Suss and another radio interview on Thursday. Not sure when the Suss one will air. She's trying to get the song out there. I give her credit on that. Some people want to make it seem like she's just sitting at home playing hide and seek with Roc and Roe, but she's trying. Hopefully more tv interviews like Ellen and The View will follow. Like I said, as long as she releases the album on the date she said, I'm cool. She seems pretty serious with this date. (Tuesday 18 February 2014; 11:53)

Does anyone know when the St. Jude performance is? Has that already happened? I know they picked a winner, but I haven't heard or seen anything else about the event. Remix video (41,330) by Licia from USA The new video wasn't much different, but makes better sense for me now that they added Trey's singing part. Now it makes sense that he was thinking about her wherever he was and she was thinking of him wherever she was. That didn't translate in the original video with just showing him at a video shoot. Why hasn't anyone mentioned those as well as the supposed bad ones? I thought the Breakfast Club interview was hilarious and I didn't think what she said about Ariana or Beyonce was shady at all. YM video (41,214) by Licia from USA The only thing that I didn't get in the video was Trey Songz scenes. They just seemed out of place. I know she said in one of the interviews that she couldn't get him to Puerto Rico. Maybe they should have just left his scenes out and just put him in the remix video. Buying from iTunes (41,152) by Licia from USA Is anyone else having issues buying form iTunes? When I try to buy the song it says it's not available in the US. I know that's not true because I see other people on Twitter form the US bragging about how they bought both songs.
